MEMORANDUM OF SOCIETY

  1. NAME OF THE SOCIETY:

The name of the society shall be known as “KAALDRISHTI”.

  1. REGISTERED OFFICE:-

The registered office of the society shall remain in the National Capital Territory of Delhi and at present it is at the following address.

C-9/17, YAMUNA VIHAR DELHI – 110053

The society is all India character NGO and shall spread its activities all over India  and also in the other countries of the world where the Governing body may decide  time to time in its General body meeting called for this purpose .

  1. Area of Operation – ALL INDIA
  2. AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:-

Aims and objectives of the society ,for which the same is established , are as under:-

  1. To renovate the heritage and monuments of India as per government rules.
  2. To provide the facilities regarding sanitation, water, electricity, cleanliness etc. to various places.
  3. To impart training in Handicrafts and its promotion for marketing for the sustainability of the program
  4. To disseminate the information on various social issues which are spoiling the societies such as drug abuse and alcoholics atrocities on people HIV/AIDS and STD’s , voluntary participation in social defence etc.
  5. To organize various camps, such as farmer training camps, training on RCH promotion, Blood Donation Camps and seasonal epidemic treatment camps for masses.
  6. To systematic promote renewal energy technologies activities program for sustainable development at grass root level such as Solar , Wind , Hydel, Geothermal and other sources of renewal energy.
  7. To impart need based innovative programme for the target groups without consideration of caste , creed religion and sec.
  8. As per government policy to train village level workers to start community development Projects in the agriculture, livestock energy etc.
  9. To do such other things/acts/activities, which are, necessary and which may be incidental or conductive to the attainment of any of the object of the society.

To make arrangement for transportation of injured person from one place to another at the time of emergency.
